Branch in Romania

A branch acts in the name of the company that sets it up and has no legal personality of its own.

A branch (sucursală) is a unit of a company without legal personality, with a degree of autonomy within the limits set by the company.

A branch cannot act in its own name. The legal acts needed for its activity are concluded by representatives appointed by the company.
