You do not need to come to the office to get a lawyer’s advice. An online legal consultation takes place by video call (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp) at a time you choose, and gives you the same explanations as a face-to-face meeting.
How it works
- Choose a day and time in the contact form (“Book a consultation”) and briefly describe your situation.
- We confirm the appointment by e-mail, usually the same business day, together with the consultation fee and how to pay.
- Send the relevant documents (judgments, contracts, notices, fine reports) before the consultation, so we can review them in advance.
- We talk online. You receive the legal explanation, your options, the deadlines to keep in mind and the next steps.
When it is a good fit
- you live in another city or abroad (for example for a divorce or an inheritance in Romania);
- you need a quick answer before a deadline;
- for a first assessment of a dispute, a contract or an administrative procedure;
- for companies that need an opinion without travelling.
Consultations can be held in English or Romanian.
Good to know
- An online consultation is a proper legal consultation and is paid at the fee quoted when you book (see Fees).
- Representation before Romanian courts or authorities requires a legal services contract.
- What you tell us is protected by the lawyer’s duty of professional secrecy.
